Life of Oliver Cromwell




Oliver Cromwell was a leader in English politics and in the military. After the Second Civil War in England, which resulted in King Charles I being removed from power, Cromwell rose in power and prestige until he was made Lord Protector over the Commonwealth of England, Scotland, and Ireland.
