Petitioner, the trustee of Webb & Knapp, Inc., under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, does not have standing to assert, on behalf of holder of debentures issued by Webb & Knapp, claims of misconduct by an indenture trustee. Pp. 417-435.
