Karl Marx


Karl Marx (May 5, 1818-March 14, 1883) was a German economist, sociologist, journalist, and socialist. He is the father of Marxist socialism. Marx founded the International Workingmen's Association, which focused on improving the standard of living for the working class. His most famous work, The Communist Manifesto, outlines Marx's predictions of the fall of capitalism and the rise of a working class socialism.
