Henry Adams
Henry Brooks Adams (February 16, 1838-March 27, 1918), American journalist, historian, scholar, and novelist, was the grandson of John Quincy Adams and great-grandson of John Adams. He is best known for his autobiography, The Education of Henry Adams, and The History of the United States During the Administration of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison. Adams had a career that spanned more than 60 years and was a writer of history, novels, and essays.
